The actress, known for her candid and outspoken personality, was seen holding the child with much love and care while interacting with the paparazzi.

Sherlyn Chopra reveals health struggles behind adoption decision
In November 2024, Chopra revealed that due to a health disorder stemming from kidney failure in 2021, specifically Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), she was advised against pregnancy, as it could be life-threatening for both her and the baby.
As Sherlyn walked through the streets of Juhu, the paparazzi were quick to congratulate her on entering a new phase of life. “Apki toh shaadi abhi huee nahin hai, toh bachaa?” one of them asked, referring to her unmarried status.
Sherlyn quickly responded, “Shadi kiye begair ap maa nahi bann sakte?” (Can’t you become a mother without marriage?) She seemed unbothered by the question and graciously continued the conversation.
When asked about the name of the child, Sherlyn replied, “I will tell you the name, very soon.”
The paparazzi excitedly shouted, “Sherlyn ne liya baby godd (Adopt),” congratulating her on her new beginnings as they speculated on the possibility of her adopting the child.
