Benny Blanco humorously reflects on Selena Gomez’s wedding planning enthusiasm
Blanco, 37, shared a humorous insight into Gomez’s creative approach to wedding planning, saying, “I think every day she’s planned a new wedding in her head.”

He went on to say, “We’re very much “take it one day at a time”-type of people. We’re still not over this moment. Literally, while you were talking, she was sitting there staring at her ring.”
Despite the flurry of ideas, the couple has chosen to prioritize their music project over the big day. Gomez and Blanco feel it’s important to savor the moment of their engagement before rushing into wedding planning.
Selena Gomez calls their upcoming album a deeply personal project
Gomez, who describes the album as a deeply personal project, explained how special this time is for them both.
“I genuinely feel like this is such a special time that we get to apply it to this album and really just pour our heart into it and completely translate what we feel and bring it to the world. That’s my main focus right now, at least.” she said.
The album, which combines both of their stories and experiences, is a reflection of their relationship and the love they share.
Their upcoming album, ‘I Said I Love You First,’ is a deeply emotional project that blends their personal stories into a unified sound.
Gomez shared how the album reflects their unique bond, saying, “This whole project embodies his stories combined with my stories. They have meanings that are really just personal to both of us.”
