YREKA, CALIFORNIA: Tom Welling, best known for his portrayal of Clark Kent in the hit TV series Smallville, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) in Yreka, California.
The 47-year-old actor was taken into custody early Monday morning, January 27, in an Arby’s parking lot.
His mugshot, released following his arrest, shows Welling wearing a black shirt, a serious expression, and a salt-and-pepper beard.

According to law enforcement sources, Welling’s blood alcohol content (BAC) was found to be at or above the legal limit of 0.08%.
Authorities stated that Welling was apprehended after officers observed signs of impairment.
